Our Red Honey coffee beans are 100% single origin from the region or Marcala, Honduras. Here, in the tropical slopes, a haven of heirloom coffee trees exist. Their destiny is to enlighten your taste buds into the world of lightly roasted coffees. Bourbon, Catuai, Lempira, and Paraneima coffee tree varieties make up the beans in this bag. These varieties are known for their higher production of sugar in the coffee bean and that natural sugar is the reason for how smooth and well rounded this coffee is on its own.
